sbj66 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "sbj66" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services available at sbj66.run and all associated mobile interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on sbj66.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on sbj66 through which bets are placed and transactions are made.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet or bonus amount credited to an Account, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other betting market available on sbj66.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for Account balances on sbj66.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process sbj66 uses to comply with applicable regulations.

2. Account Registration

2.1To use sbj66's betting and casino services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identification, a valid mobile number and a unique email address.

2.2Each individual may maintain only one active Account on sbj66. Opening, operating or attempting to operate more than one Account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are discovered, sbj66 reserves the right to close all but the original Account without prior notice, and any balances or winnings accrued in secondary Accounts may be forfeited.

2.3You agree that the information provided during registration is your own. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account for betting purposes.

2.4sbj66 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

2.5Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are your responsibility. You must keep them confidential and not share them with any other person. sbj66 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your login details.

3. Eligibility

3.1You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use sbj66. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times when you place a bet or use the platform's services.

3.2sbj66 is intended for recreational use by adults. If at any point you become aware that a minor has gained access to an Account — whether your own or any Account you have knowledge of — you must notify sbj66 immediately at support@sbj66.run.

3.3If sbj66 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 18, the Account will be suspended without notice pending age verification. Winnings generated during any period in which a Player was under 18 will not be paid out, regardless of when the breach is discovered.

3.4You must not use sbj66 if you are subject to any self-exclusion order — whether placed through sbj66 directly or through any other gambling self-exclusion scheme. Attempting to open a new Account while subject to a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and any winnings generated under such an Account may be cancelled.

3.5sbj66 services are available to players in Pakistan. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not eligible to use the platform and do so entirely at their own risk.

4. Account Security

4.1You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and any security codes associated with your Account. sbj66 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.

4.2All instructions received through your Account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested and account settings modified — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified sbj66 of a security compromise prior to the instruction being executed.

4.3If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact sbj66 support immediately via live chat or email at support@sbj66.run. sbj66 will investigate all such reports but cannot guarantee reversal of transactions completed before notification.

4.4sbj66 will never contact you via any channel requesting your full Account password. Any message claiming to be from sbj66 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

5. Deposits

5.1sbj66 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All Account balances are held and displayed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

5.2The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. sbj66 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3Deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to family members or other persons — may be refused or reversed. Any winnings generated from third-party deposits may be forfeited.

5.4sbj66 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees — this is outside sbj66's control and sbj66 is not responsible for such charges.

5.5Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is within 60 seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering

sbj66 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting the source of funds. Accounts where sbj66 has reason to suspect criminal financial activity will be reported to relevant authorities and any associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.2The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard processing time for withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash is the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 PKT. Requests submitted after 18:00 PKT are processed on the next business day. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above may receive expedited processing.

6.3sbj66 may require KYC verification to be fully completed before processing any withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or equivalent) and proof of address. Delays caused by incomplete KYC documentation are the responsibility of the player.

6.4If you have claimed a bonus, you must satisfy the relevant wagering requirements in full before any balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The withdrawal portal will clearly indicate your current withdrawable balance at all times.

6.5sbj66 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. If your payment provider applies fees, these are outside sbj66's control.

6.6sbj66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. Requesting a withdrawal that fails these checks will not result in the funds being lost — the process will simply be paused pending resolution.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1sbj66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions and game eligibility. These specific promotion terms form part of the overall Terms and Conditions.

7.2Wagering Requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate Rs 10,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page.

7.3Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used only after your real-money balance is exhausted on a given bet, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

7.4sbj66 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing opposite-sided bets to guarantee a risk-free profit, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other pattern that sbj66 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

7.5Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without compensation.

8. Betting Rules

8.1All bets placed on sbj66 are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform returns a bet reference number. It is the Player's responsibility to check that the details of a confirmed bet — including stake, selection and odds — are correct before placing the wager.

8.2sbj66 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by a system error, data feed error or human error. In such cases the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

8.3In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body or governing authority will be used. In cases where no official result is available, sbj66's decision is final.

8.4Live Betting. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event. sbj66 is not liable for any missed opportunity to bet during a suspension period. Results from live betting markets are subject to confirmation and settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation.

8.5Cricket Betting. For PSL and international cricket matches, the official result as declared by the match referee or ICC/PCB (as applicable) will govern bet settlement. Rain-affected matches are settled according to DLS method results where applicable. Abandoned matches with no official result will be settled as void unless specific match conditions state otherwise.

8.6sbj66 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at any time. Players who place maximum-stake bets consistently across many markets may have individual limits applied to their Account.

9. Casino and Live Dealer Games

9.1All casino games available on sbj66 — including live dealer roulette, baccarat, blackjack and poker — are powered by certified game providers using independently audited random number generators (RNG) or real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studio environments.

9.2In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, sbj66's server records will determine the outcome. If a game round was completed before disconnection, the result stands. If a game round could not be completed due to a technical failure on sbj66's infrastructure, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account.

9.3Game rules, house edge percentages and minimum/maximum stake limits are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these before participating.

9.4sbj66 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots or any mechanical aids in casino games or poker. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of winnings.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sbj66 and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any other communication with sbj66.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any form of automated betting software, script, bot or mechanical device to place bets or play games on sbj66.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from exploits must be returned and will be cancelled.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through sbj66 accounts.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or otherwise attempting to obtain an unfair informational advantage over the general betting market.
• Allowing any third party to access and operate your Account, whether for betting or any other purpose.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions on sbj66.
• Harassment, threatening or abusive behaviour toward sbj66 staff or other platform users.

10.1sbj66 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a breach of this section. The list above is illustrative and not exhaustive.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1sbj66 reserves the right to suspend or close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or where sbj66 is legally obliged to do so.

11.2Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account — including real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited. Where no breach has occurred and the closure is initiated by sbj66 for operational reasons, the withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

11.3Players who wish to close their own Account may do so at any time by contacting sbj66 support. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance will be returned within standard withdrawal processing times.

11.4Accounts that have been self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming programme may not be reopened within the self-exclusion period, regardless of the player's request to do so.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1sbj66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion.

12.2These tools can be activated at any time by logging into your Account settings or by contacting sbj66 support. Deposit limits and self-exclusion take effect immediately. Cooling-off periods take effect within 24 hours of request.

12.3sbj66 will honour all self-exclusion requests and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period. 12.4You must be 18 years or older to use sbj66. sbj66 uses age verification processes to prevent underage gambling and will act on any indication that a Player is under 18 years of age.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1All content on sbj66 — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content and product design — is the intellectual property of sbj66 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of sbj66's intellectual property.

13.2You may view, print and store content from sbj66 for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written approval from sbj66.

13.3The sbj66 name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1sbj66 provides its services on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous, error-free service, sbj66 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures and force majeure events may cause service interruptions.

14.2sbj66 is not liable for any loss of winnings, profits or opportunity arising from service interruptions, technical failures, delayed bet confirmation or inaccurate data feeds, except where such failures result from sbj66's direct negligence.

14.3sbj66's total liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the value of the Account balance at the time the cause of action arose.

14.4sbj66 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses arising from the use of incorrect information during registration or KYC.

14.5Nothing in these Terms limits sbj66's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Governing Law

15.1These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of sbj66 shall be governed by applicable law. sbj66 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to its licensed jurisdiction.

15.2These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sbj66 regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

15.3If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

16.2Complaints Process. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to support@sbj66.run with the subject line "Formal Complaint". sbj66 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days. Complex disputes may take longer; in such cases sbj66 will keep you informed of progress.

16.3sbj66's decision on any complaint — once the internal complaints process has been completed — is final and binding. Where you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal process, you may seek further resolution through applicable external dispute mechanisms.

16.4These Terms were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2025. sbj66 will notify registered players of any material changes via the email address on their Account. It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address current and to review updated Terms when notified.
